Ramsey is a fictional character played by Rich Fulcher in The Legend of Old Gregg. He is a fisherman who likes to cover things with shells. He decorates shoes, phonebooks and even his wife. Ramsey tells Vince and Howard to go fishing on Black Lake when the moon is full, even though he knows this will put them in terrible danger.
