Naboo and Bollo leave the Nabootique to go on a stag party with Saboo, Tony Harrison, Kirk and the rest of the shaman council, leaving Howard and Vince in charge. Howard and Vince compete at who can earn the most money, thus becoming the better shopkeeper. Vince wins thanks to the Celebradar, a machine built by his friend Leyroy. It displays the location of a celebrity that Vince has tagged 'like pigeons'. He then sells the knowledge of their current whereabouts to fans. After Howard is "hit on" by Eleanor, a lonely widow who finds him attractive, he gives up, closes the shop, shooing out the remaining customers. Vince then leaves to tag Pete Neon, lead singer of the Neon Needles, and Howard is left to stock-check. The Hitcher arrives and takes a survival patch, an elbow patch with a flint weave used to start fires, from Howard. The Hitcher then urinates in Howard's face. Afterwards he sings the Song "Eels" and demands 1000 Euros for protection money. Vince returns and Howard explains the situation. Vince then tries to contact Naboo for help.
