Appearance and Characteristics[]
Black Frost is entirely black, apart from a red codpiece and red snowflake-pattern cowboy boots, with sharp spiked hair and facial features. He freezes his victims solid with icy blasts from his codpiece.
Vince Noir took Black Frost's boots for himself after his defeat.
